 Borna ointment is a medicinal product for use on the skin in case of inflammation, burns, minor damage to the epidermis.Borna ointment contains boric acid, which has a weak bacteriostatic and fungistatic effect. In addition, it also has a drying, astringent and antiseptic effect.

When not to use Borna Ointment:
in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the ingredients of this medicine,
extensive wounds, damaged mucous membranes,
cuts and open wounds,
in children under 12 years of age.

For pregnant or lactating women, consult your doctor before using the drug.
The ointment should be used with caution in the case of oozing wounds or extensive inflammatory skin lesions.
Prolonged use on large areas of damaged skin may cause accumulation of boric acid and risk of (chronic) poisoning.
After first opening, use the medicine within 28 days.
Store below 25°C. Do not freeze.
Keep the medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
