Pinosol . This tincture has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, antiviral, and expectorant properties. Pinosol decreases the thickness of phlegm in the respiratory tract, and works as an expectorant to alleviate congestion. In some cases Pinosol improves the blood circulation of the mucous membrane of the sinuses and respiratory system.

Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity or with infant under one year of age.

Recommended dosage: Adults place several drops in each nostril at one –hour intervals, and then extend the several hours. Children place 1 to 2 drops 3 to 4 times daily. In cases of trachea and bronchial diseases an inhalation is prescribed with 2 milliliters daily with the help of an inhalator.

Side effects include burning or tingling after the administration of the drops. Note: Individuals need to test their reactivity by placing drops on the skin before nasal administration.
