For US Customers ONLY: The minimal accepted order is $20. Shipping cost is $7.95 for the order under $30.00, $11.95 for the orders from $30 to $200.00. Shipping for the Orders over $200.00 is FREE in USA 49 states.
Shipping to HAWAII or ALASKA is flat fee of $15.95 for orders under 2lb,plus $3.50 for every additional lb.

It takes 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. US Mail may take up to 3-7 business days to deliver, depending on your location. HerbHealer Inc, will ship packages with US Mail and provide an US Mail tracking number, and US Post Office is responsible for the delivery of the packages. An insurance for packages sent via US mail is available at flat rate of $3.50 for any package. Under some conditions we may ship packages by UPS at our discretion.
You may also place request to ship your order via UPS (Ground/2nd Day/Next Day) for additional cost.by phone only 718-333-0732 The actual cost will be based on final weight of your package and its destination. The prices for UPS Ground may varry from $15 and up, UPS 2nd Day from $30 and up, UPS Next Day $50 and up.
NOTE: it is customer's responsibility to get in touch with US Mail/ UPS delivery service if US Mail/ UPS is unable to reach you at home/address specified. US Mail/UPS allow sufficient time for customers to pick up their packages from Post Office/UPS station. If customer fails to pick up the package from the delivery service in time, and package is shipped back, then the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-sending the package. After your package is shipped out we automatically email you your tracking number so you can monitor your package progress with USPS/UPS.
NOTE: If there is any discrepancy between shipping agent tracking report and actual delivery you should notify us as soon as possible. Please note that ANY claims for missing or damaged packages must be made no later than 2 weeks after reported delivery time.
Return Policy:
-All returned items must be unopened and unused. Any open or used items are not valid for return.
-All returned items carry 20% Restocking Fee.
-Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned packages that initialy qualified for Free Shipping, are subject to additional Shipping Fees.
-All qualified items must be returned within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 3 weeks have passed.
When placing order, you must provide valid phone number and address for us to process your order.
Due to changing nature of our supply market we leave the right to replace any product from a specific manufacturer by a product of another manufacturer. We guarantee that product is either identical or very close substitute, of the same price and quality.
